Transportation from Orlando International Airport to your hotel can be booked through the Mears Hotel Shuttle.

Transport from Overflow Hotels to Conference Site

Shuttle service will be provided from the official overflow hotels at the Orlando Marriott Village. A schedule will be provided onsite as well as here. Shuttles are sponsored by: Air Wisconsin Airlines, Flight Uniforms, Bombardier, NetJets, and United Ground Express.

Mears Taxi - Ask your hotel to arrange a Mears Taxi for you or call 407-422-2222.

An Uber or Lyft can be arranged from their respective apps for $10 - $20 from the Marriott Village Orlando. Sharing your Uber or Lyft is a great way to reduce the cost.
