Girls ages 8-18 are invited to attend Girls in Aviation Day at the 37th Annual Women in Aviation International Conference. Attendees will enjoy their first conference by touring the WAI2026 exhibit hall before coming together for an empowering career panel featuring leading ladies in aviation and aerospace. The Aviation for Girls crew will experience over 25 unique hands-on STEM activities related to aviation, flight, science, technology, navigation, space, and more, lead by role models in the industry. 

Chaperone required.

Photo Release and Liability Waiver: Registration for this event hereby authorizes WAI and its affiliates to publish any photographs or videos taken of attendees, including minor children for use in WAI’s printed publications, website, and other mediums, and for training purposes.  Registrants release WAI and its affiliates from any expectation of confidentiality and permit WAI to use said photographs and/or video for promotional and training purposes.  Registrants acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary and acknowledge that WAI confers no rights in photos and/or video of attendees and that attendees will receive financial or other compensation for use of such photo and/or video. Registrants hereby release WAI and its affiliates from liability for any and all claims that may arise in connection with participation in the Girls in Aviation Day event, including but not limited to liability that may arise from any related publication or broadcast.
