Connect with Women in Aviation International's passionate and driven membership in the exhibit hall during our 35th Annual Women in Aviation International Conference. Attendees come back year after year to explore companies and products they're interested in working for or doing business with, and the networking opportunities throughout the three-day event are legendary.
WAI provides a number of marketing and advertising opportunities in addition to your space in the exhibit hall to share the best of what your company has to offer women in the aviation industry. This event isn't all business, though! Learning opportunities abound with a diverse schedule of education sessions, personal and professional development seminars and workshops, plus evening social activities offer even more ways to connect with the women and men who make the aviation industry great. Thousands of attendees from all segments of the aviation industry are expected to join us at the Orlando World Center Marriott, in Orlando, Florida, and we hope you'll be there with us too!

ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2023.
All contracts received after this date will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
WAI POLICY IS NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME.
Due to increasing demand for exhibit space, full payment must be included with the application/contract for space to be assigned.
* Please Note: There is an additional charge for corner spaces.
** Each 10' x 10' space includes one six foot table, two chairs, one wastebasket, back and sidwall drape and standard identification sign.
*** One full conference registration is included with the first booth purchased. Five exhibitor badges are included with each 10' x 10' space.
