Full refunds for cancellations will be given through February 20, 2024, midnight EST. From February 21, through March 11, 2024, midnight EST, the registration fee less $75 will be refunded. After March 11, 2024, midnight EST, no refunds will be given. If you cannot attend, you may donate your conference fees to WAI as a charitable donation or transfer your registration to another person by March 11, 2024, in the same registration category, transfers will not be accepted after that date. Tour tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
Women in Aviation International is unable to provide letters of invitation to conference attendees.
