WAI Announces Keynote Speakers for WAI2026 Conference

December 15, 2025 –Women in Aviation International members and conference attendees will undoubtedly be inspired with the impressive lineup of speakers scheduled for the 37th Annual Women in Aviation International Conference, March 19-21, 2026. at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas, Texas (Grapevine).
The WAI2026 roster of speakers includes:

- Nicole Malachowski– Former U.S. Air Force officer, fighter pilot, Thunderbird pilot, and Presidential appointee
- Alex Marren – Air New Zealand COO, United and Hertz C-suite leader
- The Honorable Jennifer Homendy- 15th chair of the National Transportation Safety Board
- Stephanie Chung– Private aviation executive, author, speaker, and leadership trainer
- Sarah Kalmeta, known as “Sarah The Pivoter,” will emcee the WAI2026 general sessions and is an international leadership strategist, trainer, and emcee whose career arcs through aviation, aerospace, and transformational leadership.
