Girls ages 8-18 are invited to attend Girls in Aviation Day at Women in Aviation International's 35th Annual Conference. Attendees will discover career possibilities in aviation and aerospace and meet female role models who have broken barriers. Explore over 25 unique hands-on STEM activities related to aviation, flight, science, technology, navigation, space, and more. Stay for lunch to hear about the career journey of our keynote speaker and enjoy your first conference by touring the exhibit hall. 

Chaperone required. Only one chaperone is allowed per attendee.

Parking: The Orlando World Center Marriott has generously provided free on-site parking for families to attend Girls in Aviation Day! You must have a youth ticket and a chaperone ticket before adding a parking ticket to your cart. When you arrive at the event you will park in on-site parking and be provided an exit ticket by event staff. (Limited Quantity) 

Photo Release and Liability Waiver: Registration for this event hereby authorizes WAI and its affiliates to publish any photographs or videos taken of attendees, including minor children for use in WAI’s printed publications, website, and other mediums, and for training purposes.  Registrants release WAI and its affiliates from any expectation of confidentiality and permit WAI to use said photographs and/or video for promotional and training purposes.  Registrants acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary and acknowledge that WAI confers no rights in photos and/or video of attendees and that attendees will receive financial or other compensation for use of such photo and/or video. Registrants hereby release WAI and its affiliates from liability for any and all claims that may arise in connection with participation in the Girls in Aviation Day event, including but not limited to liability that may arise from any related publication or broadcast.
