Alaina Yockey

Alaina’s aviation career began in the 1990s at a small aftermarket aircraft parts supplier learning the fundamentals of shipping, receiving, and inspection through the Quick Quote system. After several years, Alaina accepted the role of Training Director for a Part 145 repair station and aircraft parts supplier. She saw firsthand the significant time and effort required to deliver effective training and manage the records needed to support compliance, safety, and performance.

That insight ultimately led to the creation of CD Training Academy—a company focused on designing customized Learning Management System platforms built specifically for the aviation maintenance industry.

Today, Alaina partners with Part 145 organizations to deliver LMS solutions that reflect their identity, culture, and training objectives. Across every project, the mission remains the same: empower teams through continuous learning, adaptability, and well-designed training that is trusted and saves significant time while supporting both regulatory compliance and real-world performance.
