Wanna meet the Southwest Airlines Crew?
We’re offering pre-registered meet and greets with our Pilot Recruitment Team, designed to prepare you for the application process and share what’s next at Southwest. Whether you’re an experienced pilot ready for the right seat or building your hours for the next step, the Southwest Crew is looking forward to meeting you.

Registration will close approximately 3 days before the 2026 WAI Conference. Walk-ups will be available and highly encouraged during the conference at Southwest Booth #321. 

Note: Meet-and-greets will take place in small groups with a member of the Pilot Recruitment Team. Time slots depend on attendee interest and team availability, and you’ll be required to select your preferred time. Submitting this form indicates your interest in meeting with the Southwest Team, but does not confirm a time slot.
