$50 charge for all lost badge reprints


Full refunds for cancellations will be given through January 17, 2023, midnight EST. From January 18, through February 13, 2023, midnight EST, the registration fee less $75 will be refunded. After February 13, 2023, midnight EST, no refunds will be given. If you cannot attend, you may donate your conference fees to WAI as a charitable donation or transfer your registration to another person by February 13, 2023, in the same registration category. Tour tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.

Women in Aviation International is unable to provide letters of invitation to conference attendees.
