Each year there are college students who need financial help to participate in the conference. Won’t you make a difference in a future aviator’s life and provide a memorable experience to a deserving student?You can sponsor a student(s) during your conference registration process at $225 per student.

Student Members Needing Sponsorship
Please complete the form if you would like to request to receive sponsored conference registration. Limited sponsorship is available.Sponsorship cover the registration costs only. Students will still need to cover the cost of their travel and hotel accommodation. Deadline to complete request is January 21, 2025.
Volunteer Information
Did you know that the annual WAI conference isn't possible without a small army of volunteers? In addition to the core team of the WAI staff, more than 500 volunteers pull together to make each annual conference a success. This huge team of volunteers also helps us keep the cost for the conference affordable. Join our volunteer crew at WAI2025 and have fun experiencing the conference in a different way and meet other interesting WAI members.
