Through Girls in Aviation Day, Aviation for Girls app, Aviation for Girls programming, and mentorship from women across the industry, WAI reached more than 45,000 girls in 2025 alone, across 85 countries. Every one of them left with the same message: this industry has room for you.
Our Goal
This December, that momentum builds to something bigger. Lift Every Girl, Everywhere is WAI's push toward #GivingTuesday on Tuesday, December 1, 2026—a single day when the aviation community comes together to fund the next generation of girls who see a flight deck, a control tower, or a launch pad and think: that could be me.
