Only 6% of aviation workers are women. Women in Aviation International is closing that gap — starting with girls.
Through Girls in Aviation Day, Aviation for Girls programming, and mentorship from women across the industry, WAI reached more than 45,000 girls in 2025 alone, across 85 countries. Every one of them left with the same message: this industry has room for you.
