Designed for girls ages 10 to 17, Girls in Aviation Day Dallas is a fun-filled, action-packed day planned to introduce aviation, or expand a growing interest. The girls will interact with amazing role models ranging from airline pilots to aircraft mechanics to aviation industry executives. They'll learn how to read a sectional chart, go on a treasure hunt, learn the phonetic alphabet, fly a flight simulator, build an airport, learn to use tools by making wire bracelets, and lots more hands-on activities.

The WAI Chicago's Leading Edge Chapter is hosting its annual fundraising event February 26, 2015, at 7 p.m. The event takes place at Fitz's Spare Keys Bar and Restaurant in Elmhurst, IL.

There will be aviation trivia, prizes, a silent auction, and food and drink specials for attendees. There is a $10 cover charge at the door, and all are welcome. All proceeds from the event will go toward funding scholarships and outreach events put on by the chapter to encourage young people in aviation.

Over the next 24 months, Mustique has pledged to "give back" by donating funds to Sunnybrook Foundation in Toronto to assist with breast cancer research. Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) will award more than $90,000 in training scholarships to 17 aviation professionals at its annual scholarship luncheon on October 22 during the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Orlando.
