Professional Bio
Kathy Yodice has been representing aviation legal interests for over 36 years, beginning her career as an FAA attorney and manager in the FAA’s Office of Chief Counsel for 12 ½ years and then moving into private practice with Yodice Associates defending air carriers, commercial operators, repair stations, pilots, and mechanics against FAA enforcement actions and representing entities and individuals in aviation compliance matters, commercial operator and leasing issues, medical certification concerns, services agreements, general contract drafting and execution, aircraft transactions, corporate governance, and other aviation-related business subjects. Kathy writes and lectures to the aviation community and teaches Legal Issues in Air Cargo Management at Kent State University. Kathy is a WAI Lifetime member and joined the organization in 1998.
