Refunds for cancellations will be given, less a $75 administrative fee, through midnight January 30, 2026 (the refund cut-off date). After that date, no refunds will be given. In the event that you are registered but not able to attend after the refund cut-off date, you have the option to donate your conference fees to WAI as a charitable donation or transfer your registration to another person in the same registration category. Any requests to transfer your registration must be sent in writing to WAI by February 13, 2026 by emailing waiconfreg@wai.org. Transfers will not be accepted after this date. Tour tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
The above policy applies in the case of flight delays, flight cancellations and travel disruptions due to weather or other causes beyond the control of the registrant and WAI.

Pay For A Student to Experience Conference
The deadline to apply or donate to pay for a student's registration has passed (January 16, 2026). If you are still looking for funding, please check with your local WAI Chapter to see if they have any possible opportunities for conference support.
Applicants will be notified after January 26, 2026 if they were chosen.
Volunteer Opportunities
The annual WAI conference isn't possible without a small army of volunteers! More than 500 volunteers pull together to make each annual conference a success. Join our volunteer crew at WAI2026 and have fun experiencing the conference in a different way and meet other WAI members.
Please note, you must be registered for the day at the conference that you are volunteering. Please submit your registration first, and when asked if you are interested in volunteering, simply check "yes" and our Volunteer coordinators will reach out to you with the next steps!
