Calling all Mentees! With the program developers at Guider and WAI Staff, existing WAI Mentees and WAI members thinking about getting involved in the WAI Mentor Connect program, gather to ask questions, learn from one another and build best practices. We'd also like to hear your ideas about ways to improve the overall WAI Mentor Connect platform!

The WAI Mentor Connect program allows members at every level of their aviation journey to connect, engage and inspire. With the support of experienced mentors, mentees will have the confidence and knowledge to pursue their dreams and, in turn, make their mark on the aviation industry. And as a WAI Mentor, seasoned professionals can hone their own leadership and communication skills as they help others navigate their career. There is a benefit for every WAI member!
