Attention WAI Members - be sure you are current before you register:
Your membership must be active through February 28, 2027 in order to qualify for the member rate. Questions about renewing your membership? Email membership@wai.org.
Group Registration:
Groups of 10 or more that would like to register with a single payment, please email EventsTeam@wai.org for assistance.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
Refunds
- Refunds are available through January 15, 2027, less a $75 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2027.
- The following are non-refundable: tours, Mind. Body. Spirit. courses, and Pioneer Hall of Fame Ceremony tickets.
Transfers
If you can’t attend, you can transfer your registration to another person by emailing EventsTeam@wai.org by February 24, 2027.

Travel Disruption
The above policy applies even in cases of flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions due to weather or other causes beyond the control of the registrant and WAI.
