Attention WAI Members - be sure you are current before you register:
Your membership must be active through February 28, 2027 in order to qualify for the member rate. Questions about renewing your membership? Email membership@wai.org.
Group Registration:
Groups of 10 or more that would like to register with a single payment, please email EventsTeam@wai.org for assistance.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
Refunds are only available through January 15, 2027, minus a $75 fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Tours, Mind. Body. Spirit. Courses and Pioneer Hall of Fame Ceremony Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration up unitl February 24 by emailing EventsTeam@wai.org. Transfer fees and deadlines are as follows:
- Through January 15: No charge
- January 16-February 18: $50 fee
- February 19–24: $75 fee
- After February 24: No Transfers
The above policy applies even in cases of flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions due to weather or other causes beyond the control of the registrant and WAI.
