WAI Mentor Connect
The WAI Mentor Connect program allows members at every level of their aviation journey to connect, engage and inspire. With the support of experienced WAI Mentors, Mentees will have the confidence and knowledge to pursue their dreams and, in turn, make their mark on the aviation industry. And as a WAI Mentor, seasoned professionals can hone their own leadership and communication skills as they help others navigate their career. There is a benefit for every WAI member!
The WAI Mentor Connect program helps mentor/mentee pairs set goals, establish milestones, setup meetings and keep track of their progress. We have a full library of materials to help the team be effective and to help them stay on track throughout their Mentor/Mentee partnership.
Please note that if you've previously participated in the "old" WAI mentorship program, you'll need to sign up again for this new Mentor Connect program. It's on an all new platform with new capabilities, functions and tools!

SIGN-IN TO MENTOR CONNECT
MENTORS
Do you have the drive to give a hand up to your sister WAI members, play a role in their aviation and career story and nurture your leadership and communication skills too? If so, then being a WAI Mentor is for you! No specific set of training or experience is necessary - just SIGN-IN TO MENTOR CONNECT and setup your WAI Mentor profile to get started. Once your mentor profile is setup, take some time to explore the Guider platform. Under the learning tab (at the top of your screen), you'll find a deep resource of tools to help you be a great WAI Mentor.
Please note that logging-in to Mentor Connect, you will use the same login that you use to sign-in to your WAI Member Compass. If you need us to help you reset your password, please e-mail us at membership@wai.org. Also, note that your WAI membership must be current to participate in this program.
