How will I gain access into the Virtual Conference?
You will recieve an email on Tuesday, March 9th with information regarding how to log into the virtual conference.
What time are these scheduled events taking place?
The times are EST, but if you miss it, not to worry, all our content will be On Demand for you to watch at your own pace until March 31st.
When will the virtual conference take place?
The eShow virtual platform will open on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, midnight EST, and the conference program will take place March 11-12 with live-streamed sessions broadcasting according to the program schedule. The platform and content will be available on-demand for 14 days through Friday, March 26, 2021.
What if I am not available during the virtual conference dates?
The platform and all conference content will be available on-demand following WAI2021 through Wednesday, March 31, 2021, for all registered participants.
How do I register for the virtual conference?

What can I expect while visiting a virtual exhibit booth?
Attendees will be able to chat with those exhibitors, who choose to do so, through their exhibit booth. Exhibitors will be able to upload videos and handouts in their booth for attendees to review and or download into their virtual conference tote. At this point we cannot guarantee that you would be able set up a private appointment with an airline. Keep checking back on our website for a list of exhibitors as that becomes available.
What do I need to attend the virtual conference?
To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, your electronic device or computer, and a valid registration. For detailed system requirements click here. Your login for wai.org will be the login for the virtual conference.

If I wish to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
Full refunds for cancellations will be given through January 31, 2021, midnight EST. After February 1, 2021, midnight EST, no refunds will be given.
