Join other Women in Aviation International member MENTEES as we launch the all new Mentor Connect program!
In this webinar, we'll cover everything you need to know to get started in the WAI Mentor Connect program as a MENTEE - from creating your bio, to matching with a Mentor, to navigating the Mentor Connect program on Guider, and exploring the full Mentor Connect Learning Library.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions of the program experts, talk about best practices for Mentees, explore the Mentor Connect Learning Library, understand the Mentor Connect program timeline, and do a deeper dive into how you can put it to work for you.
The WAI Mentor Connect program allows members at every level of their aviation journey to connect, engage and inspire. With the support of experienced mentors, mentees will have the confidence and knowledge to pursue their dreams and, in turn, make their mark on the aviation industry. And as a WAI Mentor, seasoned professionals can hone their own leadership and communication skills as they help others navigate their career. There is a benefit for every WAI member!
