WAI chapter members and friends are invited to participate in our fifth year of honoring the trailblazing Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) this Memorial Day weekend (May 27-30, 2022). Visit the WASP graves in your local community and leave an appropriate decoration in the form of flowers or other remembrances. A database of WASP gravesites, including Google maps to their locations, can be found here. Participants are asked to tweet a photograph of their visit and include who they visited and where they are located using the hashtag #HonorTheWASP.
