Call for Presenters

Submit your proposed topic with a 100-word abstract as well as an outline of your presentation, three learning objectives, your name, title, affiliation and a biography or resume’ of the speaker(s).  If selected, you will be asked to submit a 30-word abstract of your topic for publication in the Conference Program.

Your audience will include women and men, aviation and aerospace professionals and students aspiring to careers in aviation or enjoy aviation for personal use.  Presentations should be limited to 1 hour including any question and answer time.

 

Reference for learning objectives:

Learning objectives are statements that define the expected goal of a curriculum, course, lesson or knowledge that will be acquired by a student as a result of instruction.

PLEASE NOTE:  Participation is on a volunteer basis; however speakers are provided a discounted conference registration rate. Each presenter is responsible for their own transportation, lodging, meals, admission and parking. This is not a venue for promoting commercial products, services or presenting “infomercials.”
