Linda Markham


Linda A. Markham is President and Chief Administrative Officer of Cape Air and Nantucket Airlines, and has previously held titles of executive vice president/chief administrative officer, vice president of human resources, director of human resources, and manager of human resources.

Upon her arrival at Cape Air, the company employed approximately 300 people and served 17 cities. Cape Air now employs more than 1,200 people and serves 44 cities in six regions around the world. During her tenure at Cape Air, Linda created a full-service Human Resources department including benefits, payroll, employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, and employee travel.

Linda graduated from Holyoke Community College with a degree in business and retail management. She is also a certified facilitative leader.
