WAI has official hotel block with special group rates just for WAI attendees at 14 different hotels near the Savannah Convention Center.  With the exception of the Westin, all partner hotels are located in Savannah’s historic downtown district, close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

In order to secure the WAI group rates, reservations must be made within the registration system (you must be registered to receive this rate).  If you’ve already registered for the conference, but would like to now book your hotel room, please sign into the Attendee Service Center using the badge number on your confirmation e-mail to do so.

When booking your hotel room for WAI2027, please keep the following in mind:

  • You must be a registered conference attendee in order to book your hotel reservation within the WAI2027 hotel blocks at our special group rates.*
  • Rooms in our official room block are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early.
  • You may cancel or change your reservation at no charge through Friday, January 15, 2027, via the Attendee Service Center.
  • After January 15, 2027, reservations are sent directly to the hotels, and each hotel will charge a one-night non-refundable deposit to the card on file. From that point forward, any changes or cancellations must be made directly with your hotel, and the deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
  • We recommend booking by February 1, 2027 to guarantee your room at the WAI2027 group rate.  Again, please keep in mind that even before this date, rooms are only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
