The first access to the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, February 25 will be reserved exclusively for attendees who participate in the Opening General Session that morning for at least 50 minutes. Eligible attendees will receive a special wristband, which—along with their conference badge—will grant early access to the Exhibit Hall during the Preview Hour. This new initiative is designed to recognize and reward our most engaged participants by giving them first access to connect with our exhibitors. Beginning at 10:30 a.m., the Exhibit Hall will be open to all registered conference attendees during regular hours.
Every person entering the exhibit hall will be required to wear a WAI Conference badge at all times.
Exhibitor Registration
Deadline for exhibitor registration is February 11, 2027. There will be no onsite booth registration.
Parking: WAI is not able to validate parking. Fees at the Savannah Convention Center are as follows:
Surface parking is $10 daily
Parking garage is $20 daily
Overflow lot parking: $5
On high-attendance days, an overflow lot will be available with shuttle service to and from the convention center.
Payment is made by phone system onsite.
The above rates do no include in/out privileges.
WAI POLICY IS NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME.
Due to increasing demand for exhibit space, full payment must be included with the application/contract for space to be assigned.
* Please Note: Each 10' x 10' space includes one six foot table, two chairs, one wastebasket, back and sidewall drape and standard identification sign.
** One full conference registration is included with the first booth purchased. Five exhibitor badges are included with each 10' x 10' space.

FRAUD ALERT:
We’ve been made aware of phishing scams selling attendee lists as well as email and telephone scams for housing, all of which target event participants. Neither the WAI, nor our official hotel partners, will call you and solicit your personal information or payment information. Please be cautious of unsolicited emails, calls, or messages asking for payment or personal information. We kindly ask that you forward any suspicious emails or voicemails to EventsTeam@wai.org so that we may take the appropriate action.
Signs of a phishing attempt:
- Unfamiliar sender email addresses
- Suspicious links or attachments
- Urgent payment requests
What to do:
- Verify communications directly with the event organizers.
- Never share sensitive information without confirming the request's legitimacy.
- Report any suspicious messages to us immediately.

Attendees read this issue of Conference Connect for the latest news and events of the three-day annual gathering, including your feature ad. The digital version will be emailed to all conference attendees and will be available on the conference app and website for all WAI members and friends.

Industry Briefings
Industry Briefings allow companies to host a session, showcase opportunities within their organizations, discuss current positions available, and their requirements. These briefings last 60 minutes including Q&A.
Industry Briefings require a conference badge and are open seating. They will be added as they are confirmed.
