2015 WAI Conference Rates

Registration Options

Full Registration includes all meetings, meals, exhibits and social events.

One Day Registration includes meetings, meal (luncheon or banquet) and exhibits for that day.

Student Registration includes all meetings, exhibits, Friday luncheon and social events (excludes Saturday banquet).

Miscellaneous Tickets are available for the opening reception, luncheon and banquet for registrants requiring additional tickets.

Military Rate available for active duty, reserve and guard members. Includes all meetings, meals, exhibits and social events. A valid Military ID is required to receive this rate.

Child Rate available for children of attendees age 6-12 (excludes all food, social events and "Girls in Aviation Day" event).

Seminar, Training and Workshop Fees

Professional Development Seminar "Take the Lead" (Thurs. March 5, 9:30 AM - NOON) $30 each
Professional Development Seminar "Go with the Flow" (Thurs. March 5, 2:00 - 4:30 PM) $30 each
There is no fee for the FAA Maintenance Recurrent Training (Thursday, March 5, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or the Aerospace Educators' Workshop (Thursday, March 5, 9:00 AM - NOON)

Tours/Special Events

The registration deadline for all tours is February 5, 2015.
American Airlines Flight Academy/DFW Maintenance Tour (Wed. March 4, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) $45 per person
DFW Air Traffic Control Tour (Wed. March 4, 1-6 p.m.) $40 per person
Southwest Airlines Training & Operations Tour (Thurs. March 5, 8:00 AM - NOON) $25 per person

For Girls in Aviation Day, Saturday, March 7, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, please register separately online [HERE].

Refund Policy

Full refunds for cancellations will be given until January 12, 2015, midnight EST. From January 13, 2015 through February 20, 2015 midnight EST, the registration fee less $75 will be refunded. After February 20, 2015 at midnight EST, no refunds will be given. If you cannot attend, you may donate your conference fees to WAI as a charitable donation or transfer your registration to another person in the same registration category.

Payment Policy

Registration fees will be applied at rates in effect at the time payment is made online, by fax, by phone or postmarked. If discrepancies occur in check payments, the check amount will be applied to conference fees, and the registrant will be billed for remaining fees. If payment is made by credit card, the full effective rate will be charged to the credit card.
