This class will cover iPad hardware, limitations, software, updates, and third-party external devices such as external GPS receivers. From pre-flight planning and weather briefings to using the iPad safely while airborne, this course will cover in detail how to use the iPad in both pre-flight and in-flight scenarios. We'll cover some of the popular applications used on the iPad in aviation today and include live demonstrations of how to use them. We also cover the best tips, tricks and gotchas that you need to know for your flying as well as VFR and IFR usage of the iPad.

Over the decades, he has seen many people rise to success in aviation and many others fall by the wayside in both good and bad times.
