Warming up for A Wichita Midwest Regional Conference

WICHITA, KS—Mark this down: Women in Aviation, International is heading for the Midwest, soon! October 17-18, 2003 are the dates of our next Regional Conference, “Women in the Aviation Heartland: Realizing Career Goals in a Changing Economy,” is our theme, and the Wichita Hyatt Regency is our location. There will be tours of Wichita State University and the Cessna Aircraft Factories, along with inspirational sessions with WAI Chapter President Lori Hefel, WAI Founder and President Dr. Peggy Chabrian, Aviation Attorney Kent Jackson and law clerk Laurie Edwards, and others. Full registration is only $125 for WAI members ($165 for non-members).

So, if you're interested in a more intimate setting than the International Conference, or, if you missed the International Conference because it was too far to travel or world events got in the way, block your calendar now and get together for a day and a half of close conversations, informative seminars and lots of networking opportunities. E-mail Gerri Schultz at gschultz@wai.org, phone headquarters at: (386) 226-7996 or check the WAI web site, www.wai.org, for more information. See you there!
