You will also have the opportunity to see the new Bag Belt system in Terminal D, as well as the latest technology American uses in the tower and on the ramp to ensure a great customer experience. Also located within the Flight Academy campus is SOC– the System Operations Control Center‚ which serves as the nerve center of American’s worldwide route network, including Flight Dispatch, Weight and Balance, Air Traffic Systems and more.
