Maximize your knowledge. Pilots, student pilots and would-be pilots can ask a Certifi ed Master Flight Instructor all those questions they’ve always wanted to ask. Get expert answers to the toughest learn-to-fl y issues, from beginners to advanced training. Each table will accommodate one Master Instructor and nine participants. After 20 minutes, participants will rotate to another table to have additional questions addressed.

Note: This professional development seminar is concluded with the Education Session “The Treasure Hunt for Success: Rewards and Recognition”. “The Treasure Hunt for Success” will demonstrate how teaming affects success in all aspects of life. Teams exist in family, work, school and community life. The seminar takes a hands-on, interactive look at the dynamics of teams, including team building, strategizing, and conducting a successful project. You walk in as individuals but will quickly become teams in order to complete the team challenge. Your team will develop a strategy and complete a treasure hunt using your new skills. Wait until you see what we have in store for you!

After the seminar concludes, teams will perform the hunt to locate treasures hidden throughout the Coronado Hotel and Convention Center. Teams will have plenty of time to locate the treasures and bring them back for the “Reward and Recognition” Education Session, where teams will be rewarded and celebrate their accomplishments.

This education maintenance seminar meets IA Renewal requirements and provides career development advice. Attend it to achieve the required eight hours. Participants receive a certifi cate of completion to present to their local Flight Standards District Offi ce. This seminar is also open to those interested in pursuing or upgrading a maintenance career.
